Disclaimer for Parties Downloading Products:
Good Worship Music, LLC provides downloadable music, arrangements, and production materials for purchase and downloading by users of this site. The fee paid by the recipient/user entitles the downloading of only the music, arrangement, or other produced product that is selected and paid for by the user. All products available on this site are protected by trademark and copyright laws, and various intellectual property rights. Compliance with all applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights are strictly enforced and compliance with those laws is the responsibility of the user, so no part of the downloaded music, arrangement(s) or other product(s) may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, encoded, distributed, or transmitted in any form, or by any means (electronic, mechanical, recording, or otherwise) for any purpose other than the use by the purchasing user.
Disclaimer
Any music, arrangement, or musical product of any kind that is submitted to the Good Worship Music site is subject to the following terms. The submitting party specifically represents that the materials submitted are the personal work product of the submitting party, and that the materials have not been copied from a third party and have not been produced through the violation of any trademark, patent, or copyrighted materials. Further terms for submission to Good Worship Music, LLC are:
- Any material submitted is represented as the original work product of the submitting party, and that it does not violate, in any way, any trademark, patent, intellectual property rights, or copyrighted materials. The submitting party shall be responsible for any violations of this representation.
- The legal rights to submitted materials shall be retained by the submitting party, but Good Worship Music, LLC is granted a partial release of those rights for purposes of evaluation, arrangement revisions, sale on it's website. Accordingly, the right to use the submitted materials are partially released to Good Worship Music, LLC for these purposes, but Good Worship Music, LLC shall not have any duty, obligation or responsibility, whatsoever, to do anything with the submitted materials.
- Any submission to Good Worship Music, LLC may be published and offered for sale on it's web site. Good Worship Music, LLC reserves the right to arrange any submitted materials before publishing, or offering accepted products for sale. The submitting party will be paid an agreed upon percentage of any revenue generated by Good Worship Music, LLC from the sale of the submitted music, or musical product, less any cost incurred for arrangement. All payments to the submitting party will be made on a monthly basis.
- In consideration of the evaluation, possible arrangement by Good Worship Music, LLC , and the payment of the agreed upon commission derived from sales of the submitted product, the submitting party does hereby grant a limited license to publish and sell the submitted materials on an unlimited basis. The submitting party acknowledges that Good Worship Music, LLC has no obligation, duty, or responsibility to do anything with submitted materials and that the choice of what products to offer for sale on it's website is the exclusive option of Good Worship Music, LLC.
- By submitting any music, arrangement or other materials for consideration by Good Worship Music, LLC, the submitting party agrees to be bound by these terms and grants Good Worship Music, LLC a nonexclusive license to publish, arrange and distribute the submitted materials on it's website. The musical products offered for sale on the Good Worship Music, LLC website are owned by the copyrighted owners and submitting parties. The actions of anyone purchasing materials from the Good Worship Music, LLC website cannot be controlled by Good Worship Music, LLC, but purchasers are advised of their responsibility to comply with copyright laws and to not engage in the improper copying or distribution of downloaded products.
